No hassle! You can have your luggages delivered to our stores (or being delivered to you). It's free for some bookings!

   • For other areas : 1x Disc 40K for pickup or delivery using GrabCar Express
2. Booking duration : 1 week to 13 days
   • For all areas : 1x Disc 30K for pickup or delivery using GrabCar Express

Conditions for delivery service

• Free delivery and discount voucher are applied per 1 large locker booked. Multiples applied
  • For example : you book 2 large lockers for 2 luggages, meaning you get 2 free delivery vouchers for Canggu. Hence we can arrange free pickup and free delivery with both bags being picked up and dropoff at the same time using same car
• This service is applicable for delivery on Friday to Tuesday, 9AM-6PM. No service on Wed-Thu
• Delivery is using GrabCar Express

We are open 24/7 and [potentially] the only luggage storage in Bali open around the clock. 

Operating Model

Our outlets are self-service outlets where our customers can conveniently book and pay online then dropoff / pickup their belongings in the assigned locker.

Our booking and locker access works on-demand basis via our website and onsite locker with minimal to no lag between website and in-store locker system. Customers can book anytime via our locker, then immediately after payment complete our system sends locker number and PIN to registered Whatsapp and email, which then can be used instantly to open our lockers.

The estimated end to end duration from booking to luggage drop off in locker is around 10 minutes

To ensure great experience for our customers, when designing our system, we ensure to have multiple layers of backup procedures for every step of customer journey (booking, payment, locker access) that we can deploy either remotely or onsite.

DATA FOR BOOKING

• You need to insert your name as per valid ID upon booking Qeep Lockers. You will be asked to provide accurate and current information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of assigned PIN chosen by your web administrator to access your assigned lockers. You will not misuse or share your PIN or misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with an entity, impersonate any person or entity, or misstate the origin of any Materials you are exposed to through this Site.

ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS

• You agree that Qeep Lockers may send electronic mails and/or WhatsApp to you for the purpose of a) informing your PIN and b) advising you of changes or additions to this Site, about any of Qeep Lockers's services, or for such other purpose(s) as we deem appropriate.

SERVICES DESCRIPTIONS

• We are displaying the availability of our lockers as per minutes of booking. However, in the event of unforeseen traffic spike there might be information delays which results in the unavailability of certain lockers upon payment or after payment. We will be liaising with You to mitigate this rare occurrence and will refund upon such situations. 

LIMITATION OF US

• Under any circumstances, you are not allowed to store : toxic and radioactive substances, plants and animals, material emitting smoke or strong odor, medicinal products, money and securities, prohibited items in Indonesia such as but not limited to drugs, weapons and explosive, and flammable materials or liquids

PRIVACY POLICY

• Your information is safe with us. Qeep Lockers understands that privacy concerns are extremely important to our customers. You can rest assured that any information you submit to us will not be misused, abused or sold to any other parties. We only use your personal information to complete your order.

INDEMNITY

• You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Qeep Lockers harmless from and against any and all third party claims, liabilities, damages, losses or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees and costs) arising out of, based on or in connection with your access and/or use of this Site.

Anda tidak akan menyalahgunakan atau membagikan PIN Anda atau salah menggambarkan identitas Anda atau afiliasi Anda dengan suatu entitas, menyamar sebagai orang atau entitas mana pun, atau salah menyebutkan asal Materi apa pun yang Anda lihat melalui Situs ini.

KOMUNIKASI ELEKTRONIK

• Anda setuju bahwa Qeep Lockers dapat mengirim surat elektronik dan/atau WhatsApp kepada Anda untuk tujuan a) menginformasikan PIN Anda dan b) memberitahu Anda tentang perubahan atau penambahan pada Situs ini, tentang layanan Qeep Locker, atau untuk tujuan lain tersebut) yang kami anggap tepat.

DESKRIPSI LAYANAN

• Kami menampilkan ketersediaan loker kami sesuai menit pemesanan. Namun, jika terjadi lonjakan lalu lintas yang tidak terduga, mungkin ada penundaan informasi yang mengakibatkan tidak tersedianya loker tertentu pada saat pembayaran atau setelah pembayaran. Kami akan bekerja sama dengan Anda untuk mengurangi kejadian langka ini dan akan mengembalikan uang pada situasi seperti itu

BATASAN PENGGUNAAN

• Dalam keadaan apapun, Anda tidak diperkenankan menyimpan: bahan beracun dan radioaktif, tumbuhan dan hewan, bahan yang mengeluarkan asap atau bau menyengat, produk obat, uang dan surat berharga, barang-barang terlarang di Indonesia seperti namun tidak terbatas pada obat-obatan, senjata dan bahan peledak, serta bahan atau cairan yang mudah terbakar
